Can I send different effects to different amps?
OK, now we're getting complicated, but there's nothing you can't throw at TheGigRig. So you want to be able to hit a button and send different FX to different amps? Check out the signal path diagram below then let me take you through the setup.

I was set a challenge by a client a little while ago.
"I want to be able to have all my effects go to both amps, but also want the ability to send different effects to both amps...at the same time!" A pencil, strong coffee, Starbucks napkin and 5 minutes later I had the answer.

I've used a green and red signal path to easily identify just where those paths are going. So let's walk through it

First, your guitar goes into TheGigRig HumDinger. We need to split the signal and there's no better way to do it and keep your tone intact than with the HumDinger.
OK, Let's look at the first set of loops 1~5
The main output from the HumDinger goes directly to the input of the Pro-14. Your signal travels along the first 5 loops seeing if any of them have been selected. From there your signal is sent out of the send of loop 6 and straight back into the stereo return of loop 10, which is then fed to amp 2.
Any effects in loops 1~5 if selected in a preset WITH loops 6 & 10 will go direct to amp 2 and not travel through loops 7,8 or 9.
The second output of the HumDinger (Isolated out) is fed into the return of loop 6. This signal then travels along loops 7,8 & 9 looking for any loop that's been selected in a preset. Then using a simple patch lead it goes from the send of loop 10 to the return of loop 10, and to output 1

Let's say I have a OD pedal in loop 1, and a Fuzz pedal in loop 7. If I choose loop 1 on a preset, my guitar signal will go through the OD pedal and straight to both amps. Same if I select loop 7 on a preset.
BUT, if I select loop 1 & loop 7, and also select loops 6 & 10, my signal is split and sent to those pedals individually, sending them to the separate outputs, and out to separate amps.
So with one step I can go from having OD or Fuzz go to both amps, to OD and Fuzz being sent to different amps!

That napkin is now framed on the wall
