We have an automatic stock system that updates stock levels and we restock weekly. If ,however, the item has a wait list or is temporarily out of stock, you will see the expected shipping date on the item's main product page. If you have any query about availability, just get in touch.

VAT will only be charged at checkout if your order is delivered in the UK.

US Orders

Now Shipping from the UK – Duties Paid by Us via FedEx International Connect Plus

We now dispatch all orders from the UK and deliver directly to you with all import duties and taxes paid by us when shipped via FedEx International Connect Plus.

This means no unexpected fees on arrival – just smooth, hassle-free delivery straight to your door. (Alternative shipping methods are available at checkout if preferred).

For EU and International Customers: VAT/TAX Charged at Point of Arrival

Please note that VAT or other applicable taxes will be charged upon the arrival of your order in your destination country, rather than at the time of purchase.

Prices displayed while browsing and at checkout do not include VAT or import taxes. The applicable tax rate will be determined by your country’s customs authority based on your local regulations.

This applies to all orders that you have with The GigRig.

VAT/TAX will be calculated at the appropriate rate on the total net value or goods + duty where applicable.

International Orders – VAT & Duty Information

When your order is dispatched and arrives in your country, the local carrier (such as UPS, Royal Mail, or your national postal service) will contact you regarding payment of any VAT and import duties due.

To ensure a smooth delivery with minimal delays, the carrier will typically handle customs clearance on your behalf and pay these charges upfront. You will then be billed directly by the carrier. Please note that a disbursement or handling fee may be added by the carrier for this service.

All orders shipped outside the UK are VAT exempt. The 20% UK VAT will be automatically removed at checkout once you enter your delivery address.

You will be liable for any local taxes charged.

Shipping & Dispatch Information

Dispatch Days: Monday to Friday

Same Day Dispatch: We offer same-day dispatch for in-stock items ordered before 12:00 PM GMT. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be dispatched on the next working day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM GMT on Fridays will ship the following Monday, excluding public holidays.

Please note: Not all shipping services are available for all items due to their size, weight, or value.

Custom Power Path Orders (Digital Delivery)

Please allow up to 72 hours for delivery of Custom Power Path digital diagrams.

• Orders placed after 12:00 PM GMT on Fridays will be processed the next working day (typically Monday, excluding public holidays)

• If you haven’t received your diagram, please first check your junk/spam folder. If it’s still not there, feel free to contact us at support@thegigrig.com and we’ll be happy to help.

Out of Stock Items

Estimated delivery dates for out-of-stock products are shown on their respective product pages. While we do our best to provide accurate timelines, dispatch dates may change due to unforeseen production or logistical delays.

All domestic and international orders are shipped directly from our UK headquarters, unless purchased through one of our authorised international dealers.

The GigRig warrants the product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the original date of purchase.
