SHIPPING FAQ's
When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to process and dispatch any orders of in stock items, placed before 11am (GMT) ( orders shipping via UPS) / 12pm (Royal Mail) the same day.
In stock orders placed after 11am GMT will be processed for dispatch the next working day.
Please allow up to 3 working days for digital delivery of Custom Power Path orders. Orders placed for this service after 12pm (GMT) on a Friday will be processed next working day (Monday with the exception of public Holidays).
Estimated availability dates will be provided for out of stock items. These can be found on the product pages of our online stores.
Do you do Saturday Delivery ?
We unfortunately cannot offer any guaranteed Saturday Deliveries at this time.
We would advise customers requiring goods for the weekend that they place there orders before 11am (GMT) on Wednesday for the best chance of delivery for the weekend.
There's no shipping service available for my address, can I place an order?
The GigRig ships worldwide. For US deliveries we ship directly from our US warehouse. All other countries are shipped from our UK warehouse.
Due to the current pandemic we have had to remove some destinations due to restrictions with our carriers.
We are working to resolve this.
Should your location not be listed and you still have any problems in placing your order please contact us directly with your order details and shipping address and we'll do whatever we can to resolve them.
I live in the USA, will I have to pay Customs Duty?
We have a warehouse in the USA for all dispatches to US customers. This means you will not not have to pay any international customs charges for goods shipped within USA borders.

Tracked International service for orders up to 2kg
UPS standard (EU) or UPS Express Saver (ROW) for orders over 2kg. (on some occasions we may choose to use an alternative courier where UPS is not available to your location, in such cases we will always select a reputable carrier such as Fedex, DHL etc)
Delivery times will vary depending on location.
For international orders it is also possible there will be further delays if your order requires processing by your local Customs border.
