SHIPPING FAQ's

When will my order be dispatched?

Christmas 2025

Our Office will be closed for the Christmas period from 2.30pm GMT, Friday 19th December 2025 through to 9am GMT 5th January 2026.

We assure you that all your emails will be answered on our return to the office.

We are happy to inform you that the online store will remain open to receive your orders over the holidays. We will begin processing your order once we are back in the office on 5th January.

 

When are your last order dates for Christmas 2025?

We will be scheduling the dispatch of in-stock orders up until 2pm on Friday 19th December 2025. We strongly recommend placing orders by the day prior to the dates listed below, for anticipated pre-Christmas UK Delivery:

Please note that whilst we will do all we can to ensure your order arrives with you within the expected timeframe, we cannot guarantee it. There may be delays with delivery due to the increased volume of packages via all delivery services because of the Christmas period.

For international orders, it is also possible there will be further delays if your order requires processing by your local Customs border.

Please note - orders placed after 2pm on Friday 19th December will be dispatched on our return to the office, week commencing 5th January 2026.

Do you do Saturday Delivery ?

We unfortunately cannot offer any guaranteed Saturday Deliveries at this time.

We would advise customers requiring goods for the weekend that they place there orders before 11am (GMT) on Wednesday for the best chance of delivery for the weekend.

There's no shipping service available for my address, can I place an order?

The GigRig ships worldwide. 

Should your location not be listed and you still have any problems in placing your order please contact us directly on support@thegigrig.com with your order details and shipping address and we'll do whatever we can to resolve them.

I live in the USA, will I have to pay Customs Duty?

US Orders are dispatched from the UK and delivered direct to you, Duty Paid, via FedEx International Connect Plus (unless an alternative method is selected at Checkout).

Tracking details will be supplied via email to track your order. 

The prices you see on the store are the prices you pay.

We will deliver your order duty paid, meaning we will pay any import duties that apply to your order.

Tracked International service for orders up to 2kg

FedEx standard (EU) or FedEx Express Saver (ROW) for orders over 2kg.  (on some occasions we may choose to use an alternative courier where FedEx is not available to your location, in such cases we will always select a reputable carrier such as UPS, DHL etc)

Delivery times will vary depending on location.
